Summary:

Information Technology Management

My experience consists of over 30 years in the business and IT community with an emphasis on Software Development Life Cycle, system analysis, Project Management, and Business Process Management. In program and project leadership positions within the Development,   Quality Assurance, Release Management, Configuration Management, ITIL, and SOX   fields for the past 15 years. Worked as a Java, HTML, and Visual C++ developer before that. Good working knowledge of Oracle 9.x, MySQL, and SQL.
 

My experience has enhanced my   skills in the areas of providing solid problem solving skills, business   skills, and verbal/written communication skills.
 

The highlight of my career is   having the opportunity that was provided to me during my exposure to Project   Management (PMO) projects, (Managing a PeopleSoft projects o $50M and team   size of 125 employees and contractors with 10 of these employees being a part of my Management Team and my Direct Reports), Team Management (Quality   Assurance teams to support shrink wrap products, Enterprise Applications,   Integration Projects, Web Applications and Mobile Applications), Software   Development (Methodologies SDLC, RUP, Leap Frog, Agile, Waterfall, RUP); the education and use of Quality Center   (black box, white box, integration, application testing, load and stress testing, bug tracking, test plans & test scripts), SharePoint (module  development, testing requirements, operational functionality), Microsoft   Project, performance management, regression testing, process development, all   provided me with a rounded IT knowledge base. Having experience and the understanding of Service   Level Agreement (SLA), with a large emphasis on stakeholder and steering committee reports, budget management, PMO operations, customer service and training material development, production readiness, and monitoring. Customer interaction and satisfaction are the key components in my success of any project.
